Refund policy

Application for Coaching Package

Refund conditions:

You will be refunded 100% of the investment cost for the "Coaching" if the following conditions are met:

• You have paid 100% of the "Coaching" fee.

• You have agreed to establish companion goals, but at the end of 3 or 6 months (depending on the registered package), the goals have not been achieved. (Goals are determined as the agreed-upon goals in the Chemistry session (first session). If you want to change the goals during the companionship, an agreement between you and us on the feasibility of the remaining implementation time will be required).

• You have completed and correctly executed the actions in the plan committed by yourself after each companion session.

• You demonstrate the role of being in charge of your own goals and plans, through specific expressions: attending Coaching sessions on time, proactively notifying us 24 hours in advance if there are sudden changes, proactively asking for guidance from us when encountering obstacles (outside of Coaching sessions), proactively updating the progress of the implementation plan.

In case one of the above conditions is not met, we regret to inform you that you do not meet the refund criteria.

Because, not us, nor anyone else, but YOU are the one who bears 100% responsibility for your life.
