Strategy Session: The first meeting in order to:

  • Determine your goals and develop a suitable roadmap for you.

  • Assess and evaluate the compatibility of companionship from both sides.

  • Agree on a suitable companionship approach (if we have the opportunity to collaborate)

Coaching sessions:

  • Format: Online/Offline (optional for those in HCMC)

  • Duration: 1h/session

  • Frequency: Every 2 weeks

  • Purpose: For you to gradually solve each roadblocks of the problems, create solutions and build action plan

Format

Reflection session:

  • Format: Online

  • Duration: 1h

  • Frequency: In the end of the whole coaching sessions

  • Purpose: To reflect on all partnership journey and get lesson learned for next journey

Check-point sessions:

  • Format: Online/Offline (optional for those in HCMC)

  • Duration: 30 mins/session

  • Frequency: Every 1.5 months

  • Purpose: to look back on the progress and come up with improvement if needed
